SaaS
Axon delivers all its services by software-as-a-service (SaaS) under licence.
Subscription Contract: data storage, hosting, security and maintenance updates, new feature requests, and the following, are provided free as they are part of the subscription fee.
Service Agreements
The Service Agreement details Axon’s procedures and commitment to provide and maintain the high level and consistency demanded by our Customers to run their applications.
Customer Portal
Customers are provided with a secure portal to Axon’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program. This can then be used by customers to request changes, set priorities and see the status of any enquiry.
