Not only does audit bring improvements for patients by identifying and implementing best practice, it encourages multidisciplinary working - improving communication and morale for healthcare professionals too.
As part of your (PCT Core Standards) Clinical Audit Strategy you will wish to conduct regular audits for each service area.
